A2 GIR COW BILONA GHEE (250ml)
Our ghee begins with the cow, not the factory. We work with farmers who keep pure Gir cattle on natural, free-grazing pastures and milk them by hand — no mechanical milking, no confinement, no growth hormones.
The fresh A2 milk is boiled once, cooled, and cultured overnight in clay pots into full-fat curd. That curd is bilaterally hand-churned with a wooden mathani until golden makhan separates naturally, then slow flame-clarified in a heavy-bottomed vessel — never rushed, never overheated.
Every batch is cooled naturally, tested at a NABL-accredited laboratory, and packed in glass to preserve aroma and nutritional integrity.
WILD FOREST HONEY (150g)
Our honey begins far from factories — in mixed forest regions well away from agricultural land and pesticide exposure, where wild bees forage freely across hundreds of floral varieties.
We partner with traditional beekeepers who monitor hive health and wait for combs to reach at least 80% natural capping before harvesting, using smoke-assisted methods that calm the bees without disturbing the hive structure.
Extraction is cold — gravity and a gentle centrifuge, never heat. The honey is coarse-strained to remove wax and debris while keeping pollen intact, rested so impurities settle naturally, then filled and sealed without heating. Every jar traces back to one forest region and one season.
MONOFLORAL TULSI HONEY (150g)
This honey is foraged, not infused. Our bee boxes are placed inside working Tulsi farms during the flowering season, so the bees forage on Tulsi blossom and nothing else — the only way genuine monofloral honey can be produced.
The harvest window is narrow and bound to one bloom each year, so volumes are small and every batch traces back to a single farm and a single season.
Honey is cold-extracted and never heated above hive temperature, then coarse-strained so pollen and the Tulsi blossom's own bioactive compounds — eugenol, rosmarinic acid — remain intact. Nothing is added at any stage.
